Research Snipers claimed that Apple’s upcoming A14 Bionic processor has taken Geekbench tests. According to the statements made by the platform, the A14 Bionic will be the world’s first ARM-based mobile processor exceeding 3.0 GHz.

US-based technology giant Apple presents a new iPhone series to consumers every year. The company uses a new processor on every new iPhone model that offers much better performance than its predecessor. The expectations are that a processor named “A14 Bionic” will be used in the iPhone 12 series, which is expected to emerge in the coming months.

So far, we have not had the details of Apple’s upcoming new processor. But now, the claims made by a platform called “Research Snipers” reveal that Apple will be the first in the world with the performance of its new processor.

Allegedly, Apple’s new processor has taken Geekbench tests that show the performance of smartphones on paper. These test results reveal that Apple’s new processors will offer very serious speed. Because according to tests, the A14 Bionic reaches 3.1 GHz, and this frequency rate is a first for ARM-based mobile processors.

Apple’s current A13 Bionic processors have a base frequency of 2.7 GHz. When we compare this frequency rate with the speed of the A14 Bionic, a 400 MHz difference emerges and we can say that this difference is very important for the smartphone industry. Now let’s look at Apple’s new processor test results in Geekbench.

According to Research Snipers’ claims, Apple’s A14 Bionic processors scored 1,658 points in Geekbench’s single-core performance tests and 4,612 points in multi-core performance tests. Compared to Apple’s A13 Bionic processors, these scores reveal a 25 percent performance increase in single cores and 33 percent in multi cores.

The fact that Apple’s new processor offers much higher performance than the current processor reveals that the iPhone 12 can be much faster than current models. Of course, this high speed can be considered as a harbinger of dozens of new features that can be offered with iPhone 12 and iOS 14. However, it is necessary to wait a while to see what innovations will come with iOS 14 and iPhone 12.
