According to the information we received from a Tesla employee who received the new update last night, the update will come in the form of Fully Autonomous-Driving (FSD) Beta 10.5. Tesla first tests the beta version on its employees’ cars.
According to the employees, if the last-minute checks go smoothly, the new update may come on Sunday evening.
Teslascope, in his post right after, stated that the Tesla employee, who was contacted, did not speak on behalf of the company and that there may be a delay in the future of the FSD update, but it is expected to be presented to users this week. Other information about Tesla’s new update shares some important details about the features of FSD Beta 10.5. In the new update, which increased the detection capacity of traffic signs, ‘false slowdowns’ were also reduced. The lane changing feature is also much more advanced compared to previous versions. Experts believe that with the new update, Tesla’s autonomous driving will be ‘more human-like’.
