According to the news from Bloomberg, Majo accuses the company of tolerating discriminatory attitudes towards women and employees who identify as women. The former Sony employee will soon file a lawsuit against the company for material and moral damages.
The accusations of the former PlayStation employee are not limited to this. Majo claims that Sony does not promote female and self-identified employees and forces them to do business in a male-dominated work environment. However, Majo claimed that many employees at Sony PlayStation were ignored by the managers and that the employees who complained about discrimination were immediately terminated.
